To get your Responsible Vendor certificate in Florida, you must first complete an alcohol seller-server course and pass the final exam. Once you do, you will get your certificate of completion immediately. You can give this to your employer to verify your training. Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the course, you may reschedule once at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course, or no-shows, forfeit the right to free rescheduling. Rescheduling after a late cancellation or no-show requires an additional fee.
