Service Description

This 5-hour, in-person Food Manager Certification course is taught in English at our Miami training center (Baylee Executive Center, 16375 NE 18th Ave, North Miami Beach, FL 33162). You'll learn everything needed to sit for an ANSI-CFP accredited Food Protection Manager exam (such as NRFSP or ServSafe®): safe temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, personal hygiene, cleaning protocols, and Florida Food Code requirements. Required for managers and supervisors under Florida Statutes 509.039 within 30 days of hire. A Certificate of Completion is issued after the course; this training prepares you for the certification exam but does not guarantee a passing score.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the course, you may reschedule once at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course, or no-shows, forfeit the right to free rescheduling. Rescheduling after a late cancellation or no-show requires an additional fee.
