Service Description

This course is by a qualified Seafood HACCP lead instructor approved by the Seafood HACCP Alliance and the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO). As mandated by FDA, seafood processors must have personnel trained in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) concepts. If your order or service is not ready at the schedule time, please call or message us to confirm.

Cancellation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the course, you may reschedule once at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course, or no-shows, forfeit the right to free rescheduling. Rescheduling after a late cancellation or no-show requires an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange.
